Bat took flight in his office.
We manage several hundred properties, some of which are office space. One day I received a frantic call from a psychologist who explained that he was in the middle of a session when this bat took flight in his office. I immediately called SWAT who apprehended the intruder within a half hour of my call. I am happy to say that the clients of the psychologist did not need further counseling because of the quick response of SWAT.
